An EDI discussion with my grad peers

I am currently the graduate student representative for our equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) group in our department at the UofA. Here I talk with my peers in the department on ways that we can become ore inclusive and accommodating for our students and in academia in general. This is the first discussion I hosted earlier this month was on Disability in graduate school via this podcast  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0u8se-A99og&authuser=2  . I felt very connected to this topic, as I am dyslexic myself and I have recently been able to discuss my learning disability freely as well as figure out how to best accommodate for myself. Now that I have figured out what works, I cant believe I wasn't doing this before all throughout my undergrad! It was wild I am unsure how I made it this far without text to speech!
